As of now, River Way Ranch Camp’s Pre-Registration enrollment period is expected to exceed last year’s enrollment numbers. We’re thrilled to know we had so many happy campers with us that are excited to return for summer of 2020. This is the time to take full advantage of our largest discount of the year. Pre-Registration is open now and will go on through September 23, 2019. Certain age groups and programs fill up especially fast, so be sure to enroll soon to guarantee your camper’s spot at camp next summer. Here are some FAQ’s regarding this special discount.
Q: Why should I Pre-Register, and how do I Pre-Register?
A: This is the largest savings opportunity of the year, and will be the only discount available for session 3, one of our quickest sessions to fill. Save up to $400 on any two-week session and $200 on any one-week session. In order to pre-register, click here and use your CampInTouch login to sign your camper up. For our returning families, your camper’s information auto fills from last summer, so it’s quick and easy. The discount will be applied on the final discount page. Need help? Q: Is this a returning family discount only?
A: Although our returning families do receive the earliest notice for this discount, we are allowing the discount to be extended to all families, new and returning, who enroll from now until September 23rd and pay tuition in full. Tell your friends and family!
Q: Do Specialty Camps fill up? (Ski Camp, Paintball Camp, Horse Camp)
A: Our specialty camps have incredibly limited spots available and reach a wait-list early on in our registration period. Some are already approaching wait-list as of 9/9/19. Our specialty camps are $250-$300 (depending on which program) over the normal advertised session rate and are offered during two-week sessions only. For dates and rates, click here.
Q: What if our summer plans change?
A: We get it; it’s difficult to know what plans are for next month, let alone next summer! That is why we offer quite a bit of flexibility with this discount. The best part? All monies paid are fully refundable through April 15, 2020, so you have plenty of time to figure out schedules. We recommend securing your child’s space in the session you think will work best, and switch if needed. If you need to switch your child’s session, you can do so by calling or emailing our office at any time. As long as you lock in the discount, it can transfer over to any other session.
